Sponsorship Sales Specialist

**Role Overview:**
The Culture Collision Trade Show is seeking a highly motivated Sponsorship Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship deals and partnerships with potential sponsors aligned with our mission and values.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Identify and pursue potential sponsorship opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sponsors.
• Create compelling sponsorship packages tailored to the needs of different sponsors.
• Negotiate sponsorship terms and agreements to ensure they meet the objectives of both the trade show and the sponsors.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event management teams to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered effectively.
• Maintain excellent ongoing relationships with sponsors through regular updates and post-event reports.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship acquisition, preferably in the events or media industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade high-level executives.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen interest in sports and collectibles.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; graphic design skills are a plus.
