Job Summary:

As a Product Specialist Sales, you will play a crucial role in coordinating engagement and achieving division sales objectives with our Channel Partners. You will serve as the Division Product Champion, assisting in developing sales opportunities for your assigned focus area. Your responsibilities will include coordinating resolutions and corrective actions for field product quality issues, conducting quality reviews with customers, and overseeing the production of technical literature and service training materials. You will also participate in product transition schedule meetings and provide input from a service perspective. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and assist distributors/branch/dealers in installation, quality, or service-related problems escalated to Management level. Travel to field locations will be required to resolve product problems escalated to Management level. You will be responsible for meeting division objectives for specific programs and providing resources and promotional support to engage our Technical Sales Managers to sell focused products.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate engagement and achievement of division sales objectives with Channel Partners
Serve as Division Product Champion to develop sales opportunities for assigned focus area
Coordinate resolutions and corrective actions for field product quality issues
Conduct quality reviews with customers
Oversee production of technical literature and service training materials
Participate in product transition schedule meetings and provide input from service perspective
Troubleshoot and assist distributors/branch/dealers in installation, quality, or service-related problems
Travel to field locations to resolve product problems escalated to Management level
Meet division objectives for specific programs
Provide resources and promotional support to engage Technical Sales Managers to sell focused products

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years related experience
Prior HVAC industry experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, industry experience accepted in lieu of degree
Excellent verbal and communication skills, including public speaking, presentations, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to generate and read reports as required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Competitive industry knowledge
Ability to apply strong work ethics and integrity on the job
