Job Title: Quote Specialist

Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc. (GMS) is a leading North American distributor of gypsum wallboard, acoustical ceiling products, and other specialty building materials. As part of the GMS family of companies, Capitol Materials operates a network of distribution centers nationwide.

The Quote Specialist plays a crucial role in providing pricing solutions to GMS customers based on preset pricing levels. This position is responsible for tracking projects through our tracking system, collaborating with job source generation companies and the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of projects and win-loss ratios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce customer quotes quickly and accurately
  • Track projects and keep project information current
  • Work with outside sales to coordinate sales and special job pricing
  • Communicate and implement pricing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to stay organized and complete quotes with attention to detail
