We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Account Executive to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales strategy to enhance market presence through account development and community education regarding our services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources to implement our growth strategy.
- Conduct consistent sales activities and document interactions with multiple contacts within each referral source.
- Gain insights into customer needs to offer tailored solutions and secure ongoing referrals.
- Promote awareness of our services within the healthcare community.
- Act as a liaison among referral sources, patients and families navigating end-of-life care, and our agency.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Two to three years of successful experience in hospice sales is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse individuals.
- Creativity in generating marketing and community education ideas.
- Strong communication skills with a positive and engaging demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and independent means of transportation.
- Basic understanding of home health and hospice coverage issues.
- Ability to optimize resource use for cost-effectiveness.
