The Account Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring product availability across various retail outlets. This position is focused on enhancing customer relationships and maximizing the presence of Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and others within the designated territory.
Work Schedule- Full-time; Monday to Friday; 1st shift (starting at 6:00 am)
- Promote Keurig Dr Pepper brands to achieve growth in market share, distribution, and sales volume.
- Engage with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, and display setups.
- Design and execute strategies for beverage shelf allocations to enhance sales performance.
- Participate in the setup of updated beverage sections, displays, and placement of promotional materials in line with company standards.
- Restock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper products in designated beverage sections, including racks and secondary displays.
- Support the sale and placement of products in chain store accounts; ensure optimal operational conditions, cleanliness, and product selection.
- Maintain precise sales records for all assigned accounts, including detailed reports on promotional activities and competitive analysis.
- Ensure sufficient back stock is available in each account to facilitate effective in-store stocking and merchandising.
