Position Information:

The Client Services Specialist II - Pathology Administration serves as the Pathology resource for Outreach and Billing. This role is responsible for investigating registration and ordering errors, providing education to staff on error correction, and correcting errors in multiple systems. Additionally, this position creates and maintains reports needed for Pathology using LIS or HIS systems. The specialist works with Outreach to validate interfaces for private physician practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve registration and ordering errors
  • Provide education to staff on error correction and prevention
  • Correct errors in multiple systems
  • Create and maintain reports for Pathology using LIS or HIS systems
  • Validate interfaces for private physician practices with Outreach

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of related position experience required
  • 3 years of information technology experience in a healthcare setting preferred

 

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • High school diploma or equivalent with equivalent experience

 

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

 

Weekend and Call Requirements:

No weekend or call requirements
