Position Information:

The Client Services Analyst I plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between the Pathology Department and its customers, including nurses, physicians, and pathologists. This position is responsible for receiving and coordinating customer calls, resolving issues in a timely manner, and providing administrative support for the laboratory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support for the laboratory, including onboarding new employees
  • Assist with problem resolution for customers within the designated time frame

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Information Technology - Information Services in Healthcare (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) - and College Courses in Computer Science (preferred)

 

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

 

Weekend Requirements:

No weekend work required

 

Call Requirements:

No call requirements
