Job Summary

The Financial Planning Specialist role involves managing daily bookkeeping, overseeing financial statements, and preparing analytical reports for a fast-paced organization in SE Portland, OR. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong client interaction skills and the ability to stay proactive on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas that require planning and preparation.
  • Prepare and present clear financial statements and analytical reports.
  • Monitor the budget, track costs and net revenue, and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Provide updates and discuss pipelines in leadership meetings, identifying gaps and opportunities.
