Job Description
  • Maintain and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in posting GL reclassifications and review monthly GL expense details with managers.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish a clear understanding of GL activity prior to invoicing each month, as well as reviewing allowable reimbursable costs.
  • Support daily projects related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, adapting to shifting workflows and demands.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP) and a general understanding of banking procedures and related activities.
  • Keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with non-profit/restricted fund accounting is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
