About the Position: Payroll Specialist

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with state and federal wage laws.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
  • A strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and submitting required reporting and taxes on time.

Requirements: Payroll Specialist

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management or a related field is preferred, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and external stakeholders.
