Position Overview:

Standard working hours are 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday (onsite only).

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Managing client communications, processing disbursements, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing account transfers and fund transactions. Previous experience in customer service and data entry is essential, with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a friendly telephone demeanor. Adaptability is crucial; candidates should be comfortable engaging directly with clients while also being capable of researching and resolving operational challenges. Proficiency in general computer applications is required, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional Qualifications:

Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Education Requirements:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary. A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services is highly preferred.

Experience Level:

This position is classified as Intermediate Level.
