Compensation: Salary

Sinclair Tractor is recognized as a leading provider in Southeast Iowa for agricultural machinery, precision farming, and NAPA parts and supplies. We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to contribute to our success.

Objective:

The primary goal is to cultivate customer relationships by visiting client sites to conduct follow-up activities on products and parts sales, address customer inquiries, promote aftermarket offerings, and gather profiling data to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service to both internal and external clients
  • Conduct follow-up visits at customer locations
  • Inform customers about parts, supplies, and service promotions
  • Prioritize tasks effectively
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner
  • Gather information on customers' machinery, vehicles, and demographics
  • Provide limited technical assistance when necessary, including TAMS, Pro-Link, Sinclair Supply
  • Maintain the condition of the assigned vehicle
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer relations skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail, particularly under pressure
  • Dependability and consistency are essential
  • Professional and approachable demeanor

Working Conditions & Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Good standing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
  • Willingness to travel as required
