Business Development Manager Opportunity

FARHA ROOFING, a leading commercial roofing company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, and general contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and expand business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships
  • Manage accounts and expand business relationships
  • Create, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Three years of previous sales experience in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge and relationships in the construction market
  • Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas

Compensation: Salary plus commission: $100,000+ 1st year; $50,000 Salary + $50,000 Commission
