Job Overview

We are seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives in Florida.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our roofing services to homeowners throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of roofs to identify damage and recommend solutions.
  • Providing homeowners with detailed estimates and proposals for roofing repairs or replacements.
  • Educating customers on the benefits of our roofing materials and services.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry trends is a plus but not required.
