- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver presentations to key customers.
- Prospect for new sales opportunities and identify potential customers for Building Automation Systems and service projects.
- Analyze customer needs and develop project proposals with beneficial solutions.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or building automation and/or security sales.
- Experience selling direct to owners with general contractor and consultant relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical and financial skills.
- Strong understanding and interest in modern technologies.
- Capable of reading architectural and MEP/FP blueprints.
- Proficient in CRM software.
