A Day in the Life of a Proposal Coordinator

You will independently manage the full proposal lifecycle and coordinate proposal assignments with technical staff and teaming partners. You will use your graphic design skills and creativity to produce appealing layouts in InDesign and ensure that proposals are compliant and meet Toole Design's standards. You will perform copy editing and proofreading to ensure products are error-free. You will develop interview presentations and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from initial concept to final submission
  • Coordinate proposal assignments with technical staff and teaming partners
  • Design and layout proposals using InDesign
  • Perform copy editing and proofreading to ensure error-free products
  • Develop interview presentations and marketing collateral

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Over two years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination, layout design, writing and copy editing, and working with a team
  • Advanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions
