Key Responsibilities:- Engage with consumers to understand their financial goals and objectives
- Explain the loan matching process and connect them with suitable financial products
- Utilize CRM systems to manage pipelines and track progress towards sales goals
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of success in sales metrics
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and adaptability
- Hybrid opportunity with uncapped commissions and a monthly bonus plan
- Stock options and annual income range of $70k-$115k
