Contract Administrator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at architecture+ in Troy, New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual project setup, from marketing to closeout. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractual project setup, including marketing and closeout
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
• Analyze and resolve contractual issues and discrepancies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
