GROUNDFLOOR is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Originations Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of success, able to position our products against competitors and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Cultivates, develops, and grows strong and sustainable customer relationships.
  • Trains and actively communicates our products and processes to our customers.
  • Closes loans from leads that are provided, as well as self-generated.
  • Accountable for developing/executing strategic plans to hit/exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
  • Real estate experience is a plus.
