Job Summary:

We are looking for a Retail/Customer Service domain-specific Sales Executive/Hunter to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients and drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing new logos in the Retail/Customer Service sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, account management, or relevant experience in the Retail and Customer Service domain. They will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by understanding their requirements.

The role is responsible for acquiring new business acquisition, account mining, and handling client accounts in a company. Must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.

This role involves:

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
  • Developing a complete understanding of account needs
  • Account Mining and building new connections to gain more business
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, plus benefits package including health/life/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and Flexible time off.
