We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Representative to join our Sales Team at T-Mobile. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

About the Position

You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Using solution-based selling techniques, you will demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services to negotiate and close business. Your ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and provide excellent customer service will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
Compensation and Benefits

T-Mobile offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays. Additionally, eligible employees can receive mobile service & home internet discounts, pet insurance, and access to commuter and transit programs.

The estimated salary for this role is $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives. Base pay range: $43,080 - $77,640. Please note that the actual starting pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and work location.
