Job Summary:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the Switchgear and Lighting sales team in the Twin Cities market, driving productivity and growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Switchgear and Lighting sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate project quotes.
• Develop and implement new customer-valued services to drive market growth and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote sales efforts and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Create and manage the annual budget, ensuring department goals are met at a three-year planning level.

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience in electrical wholesale, with a preference for management experience and key customer relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
