Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales and market initiatives across the region, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the power quality sector.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities with existing and new customers in served and new markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing expert advice and solutions for power quality solutions that focus on both technical and commercial value differentiators.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop solutions that address identified market needs and applications.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and stakeholders on Energy Management products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales, specifically in the power quality, VFDs and/or electric motors, or related industrial electrical markets.
  • Technical understanding of VFDs, electric motors, power systems, and power quality solutions.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Applicants must be able to fulfill the physical duties of the job, which include being able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Individuals must be able to reach with hands and arms. Candidates must also be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
