Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Project Team, overseeing associate interviewing, hiring, training, and development, as well as delegating responsibilities and workload monitoring.
  • Develop and implement new customer-valued services, improving processes to maximize productivity and market growth.
  • Assist with maintaining the appropriate products pricing structure and training our sales force to maximize profit with pricing, evaluating profit structure on projects.
  • Support sales with technical assistance as requested by customers, promoting and coordinating sales efforts with other departments.
  • Establish marketing programs to increase the image of Viking to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience in electrical wholesale.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Experience with key customers and large project business preferred.
