We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Executive Chef to join our team at Guckenheimer. As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will be responsible for upholding the integrity of our regional culinary program and ensuring that all ISS/GEI culinary best practices, guidelines, policies, and standards are being followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Program Development: Partner with the Area Manager to develop and implement culinary programs that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Culinary Operations: Ensure that all culinary operations, including food production, quality control, and menu programming, are being conducted in accordance with ISS/GEI guidelines and standards.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate with the Area Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that all culinary initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Food and Workplace Safety: Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, and that all food safety guidelines and regulations are being followed.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, lifting up to 25lbs, and standing for up to 8 hours per day.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification, HACCP Certification, and other relevant certifications.
