About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a sales professional to lead our plumbing sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Team building and management
• Estimating and selling plumbing projects and/or services
• Building relationships with personnel and customers to increase sales and optimize efficiency
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential management roles
• Ability to read plans and specs
• Ability to estimate plumbing projects with limited training
• Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills
• Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or higher
