The Opportunity
- We're seeking a self-motivated Sales Professional / Estimator to grow our business and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who thrives on building new relationships and generating their own leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Sales Execution: Conduct accurate and timely estimates, following up diligently to secure approvals and upsell additional services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
