About the Role:

We're seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating prices, and managing daily shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Establish relationships with customers to build your book of business
  • Closing new and existing customers to move their freight
  • Negotiating prices with customers and carriers
  • Managing daily shipments and resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Providing proactive and honest communication, internally and externally

What you need:

  • A college degree preferred, but no degree required
  • Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
  • Determination to outwork anyone
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the professionalism to handle conflict
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work with the latest supply chain and logistics technologies
