Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Advanced Sterilization Products. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Nurture Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, providing trusted consultation and support throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with Account Managers: Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, including product demonstrations, training presentations, and in-servicing.
- Develop Strategic Account Plans: Assist in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize the impact of ASP solutions.
- Provide Hands-on Support: Provide hands-on support to customers, ensuring optimal utilization and effectiveness of our products and services.
- Work with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold our commitment to seamless customer experiences.
- Support Various Projects: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support various projects as required, such as new product launches, process improvements, or customer-specific initiatives.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing customer needs.
- Foster Connections: Engage with local chapters of professional organizations such as AORN, IAHCSMM, SGNA, and regional buying groups to foster connections and stay informed.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Leverage tools, systems, and dashboards proactively to analyze sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Outside Sales B2B Experience: One year of outside sales B2B experience.
- Prospecting and Cold Calling: Experience prospecting for new business and cold calling.
- Valid Driver's License: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Travel Requirements: The ability to travel 75% of the time, including air travel.
- Relocation: Must live in or be willing to relocate within defined territory.
