Job Summary:
The Key Account Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive management of the Home Depot account. This role demands high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective multitasking abilities. The Key Account Coordinator will oversee daily operations, weekly and monthly reporting, ad hoc requests, and project-based initiatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational efficiency in managing orders, customer service inquiries, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Operational Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver regular account status reports, process orders and other related paperwork, and track invoices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management within a retail or distribution environment.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and communication skills, proficiency in IT systems, including ERP software and Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
This role involves frequent interactions with internal teams and external partners, requiring high levels of professionalism, customer service, and problem-solving capabilities.
