Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a single school location. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' communication development and progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings to promote effective communication skills.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.
  • Educate staff and parents on strategies to support communication development and promote a supportive learning environment.
  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech-language pathology to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
