We are currently in search of a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing qualified healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and various other essential staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in top-tier talent for diverse roles within our skilled nursing facility.
  • Identify candidates through multiple avenues, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Work closely with department leaders to comprehend staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain precise and current records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Coordinate and engage in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally within a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare roles and their respective qualifications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Aptitude for building and nurturing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
