You are a driven professional who exemplifies our dedication to assisting customers in navigating the intricacies of insurance with ease. As a licensed P&C expert, you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and delivering outstanding customer service while providing holistic advice on insurance matters.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients through multiple channels (email, phone, chat) to provide thorough support and guidance.
  • Tailored Support: Establish yourself as a trusted consultant by comprehending each client's specific requirements and suggesting customized insurance solutions. Your ability to empathize and provide tailored advice will empower clients to make informed choices.
  • Sales and Renewal Assistance: Identify opportunities to promote additional insurance offerings or policy enhancements based on client needs. Facilitate clients in navigating their policy renewals seamlessly by re-evaluating their policies within our marketplace.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal and external teams, including sales, underwriters, quoting specialists, and others, to efficiently address client inquiries.
  • Flexibility: Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Insurance Background: A minimum of 3 years of P&C experience; P&C license is mandatory.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are crucial. Your capacity to actively listen, empathize, and articulate solutions will be vital in providing exceptional service.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: A sincere enthusiasm for helping others and a commitment to prioritizing the customer are essential traits for success in this position.
  • Sales Insight: Familiarity with sales principles and the ability to spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products will be beneficial.
  • Willingness to Grow: While prior insurance experience is advantageous, a readiness to learn and advance within the industry is equally important. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, based on what a successful candidate might earn in various Company locations. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. All offers made to candidates are thoroughly reviewed to ensure fair and equitable compensation by providing competitive salaries that reflect the individual's skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
