Insurance Engagement Specialist

YOUR ROLE:
As a dedicated professional, you will embody our mission to assist customers in navigating the intricate world of insurance with ease. Your expertise as a licensed P&C professional will enable you to make a significant impact while delivering outstanding customer service and comprehensive advice tailored to clients' insurance requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients through multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat) to provide thorough support and guidance.
- Tailored Support: Establish yourself as a trusted consultant by recognizing each client's distinct needs and suggesting customized insurance solutions. Your capacity to empathize and deliver personalized recommendations will empower clients to make informed choices.
- Sales and Renewal Assistance: Identify opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy enhancements based on client needs. Guide clients through the policy renewal process by exploring options within our marketplace.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriters, and quoting specialists, to resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Flexibility: Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude.
- Insurance Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in P&C insurance; P&C license is mandatory.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Your skill in active listening, empathy, and solution articulation will be crucial in providing exceptional service.
- Customer-Focused Approach: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and a commitment to prioritizing the customer experience are vital for success in this position.
- Sales Insight: Familiarity with sales principles and the capability to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities in insurance products will be beneficial.
- Willingness to Grow: While prior insurance experience is advantageous, a desire to learn and develop within the industry is equally important. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
Zinnia provides excellent career advancement opportunities and competitive compensation aimed at retaining and nurturing talented team members. The salary range for this position is estimated between $50,000 - $55,000, reflecting a good faith estimate based on potential compensation in various locations.
