Job Overview:The Customer Experience Development Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
Duties:- Design and deliver training programs to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement surveys to measure customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure that all training materials meet regulatory requirements.
