About the Role: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead our studio operations and ensure seamless class check-ins. You will also develop effective relationships with clients and staff, support marketing initiatives, and maintain studio facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-duty staff, ensuring smooth class check-ins and studio operations in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Support management of studio staff, including training and development.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive client experience.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service skills, availability to work 5 shifts including weekends and public holidays, and a friendly, outgoing personality. You should also be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $23-$24 per hour (Los Angeles).
