At TBHE LA, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Experience Team Lead to assist our Experience Manager in the daily operations of running our store. This role will also help lead a team of Experience Ambassadors with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Overview

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. As the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment for employees and customers, while adhering to all necessary policies and procedures outlined by TBHE LA.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership, support, and guidance to Experience Ambassadors
  • In the Experience Manager's absence, leads the team and handles supervisory duties
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
  • Helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for employees and customers
  • Follows all necessary policies and procedures outlined by TBHE LA
  • Works closely with the Experience Manager to lead staff and run the store
  • Partners with the Manager on handling and resolving customer complaints, questions, or concerns regarding TBHE LA
  • Assists with re-stocking the Retail Therapy Shop and completing fulfillment orders as needed
  • Properly opens and closes the store location
  • Serves as a liaison between Experience Ambassadors and Managers
  • Identifies ways to improve workplace efficiency and keeps Ambassadors engaged and happy
  • Assists Experience Ambassadors as needed with their primary duties/tasks
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Experience Manager
Qualifications and Competencies
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, leadership experience is a plus
  • An eagerness to learn, grow, and help lead a team of Experience Ambassadors
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with others, function as a leader, and a team player
  • Knowledgeable of all things related to TBHE LA, upcoming events, and promotional activities
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Must reside in the Los Angeles area
  • Must be able to work in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 18 years old

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
