We are seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team at Bloomingdale's Valley Fair. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving our business forward by developing strategies and building our presence in the region.

As a Counter Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and ensure they meet daily sales goals. You will also communicate effectively with team members and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate your team to achieve excellence by setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members by sharing upcoming events and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth by uncovering networking/outsourcing opportunities.
  • Develop and retain top talent for the counter by providing ongoing performance feedback.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetic experience is essential.
  • 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience, as well as managerial experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, review event schedules, and meet critical deadlines.
