As a Production Manager, you will be a key driver of our company's success, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership to the production team and manage systems, equipment, people, and materials to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the EHS Manager to establish and maintain a safe working environment and investigate incidents.
  • Develop and implement process control initiatives to improve quality and productivity.
  • Manage budgets and lead continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for safety and quality.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
  • Embodies Amcor's Values and has a strong customer service mindset.
