As a Production Manager, you will be a key driver of our company's success, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership to the production team and manage systems, equipment, people, and materials to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with the EHS Manager to establish and maintain a safe working environment and investigate incidents.
- Develop and implement process control initiatives to improve quality and productivity.
- Manage budgets and lead continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a production environment.
- Demonstrated passion for safety and quality.
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
- Embodies Amcor's Values and has a strong customer service mindset.
