Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Site Manager with Specialized Recruiting Group in Charlotte, NC, you will oversee the homebuilding construction process for assigned homes, ensuring timely completion while meeting financial, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage and update schedules daily using Builder Trend project management system.
  • Conduct quality control inspections for each phase of the build process.
  • Work with Purchasing department to select/coordinate subcontractors and manage & monitor building budgets.
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives weekly regarding the progress of home(s) under construction.
  • Update & monitor Buildertrend construction schedule daily.
  • Deliver the highest quality product on time and within budget.
  • Maintain OSHA and EPA-compliant job sites.
  • Build and maintain positive subcontractor relationships.
  • Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain the company's building schedule.
  • Work with Purchasing to authorize payment for materials received and work completed.
  • Ensure that the worksite is clean, orderly, and visually appealing to customers during construction.
