Customer Service Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Leadership professional to lead our call center team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a customer service supervisor (REQUIRED).
  • Background in call center environment.
  • Proficient in identifying and measuring core competencies and performance metrics.
  • PASSION FOR SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS FACING HEALTH CHALLENGES.
  • Ability to make sound decisions amidst competing priorities.
  • Exceptionally organized with acute attention to detail.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
