Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer care team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven customer service leadership experience and a background in high-volume customer service leadership or call center operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage performance metrics, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing customer service protocols and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing customer care team, fostering a productive and achievement-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of proven customer service leadership experience.
  • Background in high-volume customer service leadership or call center operations.
  • Genuine passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive compensation ($70,000 - $85,000 per year)
