  • Act as the primary point of contact for priority customers during the onboarding process, ensuring prompt and personalized service to meet their specific needs and timelines.
  • Coordinate and execute the technical aspects of the onboarding process, including provisioning, configuration, and activation of telecom services.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with priority customers, providing regular updates on the onboarding progress and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems swiftly and minimize downtime for priority customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities, including configurations, network setups, and customer interactions, and generate regular reports to track onboarding progress and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecom onboarding, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecom products and services, including internet, phone, and data connectivity.
  • Familiarity with telecom network infrastructure, IP addressing, and network protocols.
