Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Content Specialist

Location: Plano, TX 75023

Job Type: 12+ Month Contract

As a Senior Technical Content Specialist for Repeat Consultants, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for a wireless network engineering team.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with engineers to develop and maintain technical documentation.

2. Write and edit user-friendly content for complex technical topics.

3. Review and publish technical documentation for internal and external customers.

4. Develop and maintain documentation templates and policies.

5. Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field or relevant work experience.


5+ years of experience developing technical documents.


2+ years of experience working in a wireless network company or the equivalent.


Familiarity with telecom infrastructure terminology.


Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.


Excellent working knowledge of English grammar and the written language.


Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering teams.


Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.


Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Word.
