Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including hiring, I-9, E-Verify processing, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Manage open enrollment, benefits, and time-off requests in Kronos.
  • Develop and implement streamlined onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Provide training and support to employees on UKG/Kronos.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
