Job Summary

ACCIONA Energía is a leading renewable energy company with a strong commitment to sustainability. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. They will also assist with new employee orientation, exit interviews, and employment verification. Additionally, they will conduct audits on payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective action.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also have a working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
  • Assist with new employee orientation, exit interviews, and employment verification.
  • Conduct audits on payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective action.
  • Lead the efforts on campus recruiting for interns, including screening of potential applicants.
  • Be familiar with and provide administrative support in entering data and completing business processes/tasks in the HRIS/Workday.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
