The Opportunity
The Senior Sales Executive will be pivotal in driving the commercial success of the organization.

In addition to acquiring new clients to meet XP Health's growth and financial targets, this role will serve as a crucial strategic partner in developing new offerings, enhancing our go-to-market strategies, and refining the sales framework.

You will report directly to the VP of Sales.

This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of sales achievements in growth-oriented companies, and a strong desire to embrace new challenges and expand their skill set.


What you'll work on:
  • Generate and cultivate new employer interest with 500 benefit-eligible employees (involving proactive prospecting and outreach)
  • Comprehend each client's distinct needs, business motivations, and strategic growth objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to innovate plan designs as necessary, implement and market new products, and drive overall commercial success
  • Develop the sales playbook - in partnership with team members and leadership, continue to solidify learnings and actively address obstacles in the customer journey
  • Document all activities in the CRM to ensure real-time pipeline and forecast accuracy

Requirements
7+ years of sales experience in innovative benefits, SaaS, or healthcare technology
CA Pay Range
$125,000—$145,000 USD
