Account Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Esri. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our state government customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing location-based strategies to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with state government customers to understand their needs and challenges
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and success
Implement location-based solutions to help customers achieve their goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute account strategies

Requirements

3+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management
Strong understanding of state government and new technology trends
Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization
Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
