Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Service our existing client base with exceptional care and attention to detail.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging our industry expertise and network.
- Supervise and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily activity and drive business growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to contribute to the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required.
