POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators proficient in operating Scrapers, Water Pulls, Dozers, Loaders, Excavators/Backhoes, Motor Graders, and other heavy machinery. This role is safety-sensitive and requires a thorough understanding of operational hazards, safety protocols, and cut/fill procedures across various projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, as well as reporting any defects or required repairs to supervisory staff.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator at Rummel, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest and best-maintained machinery in the industry. Whether operating a scraper, dozer, motor grader, or track hoe, you can expect to work in a clean and well-maintained environment.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction sector operating heavy machinery.
  • Demonstrated experience in earthmoving and heavy construction, with a solid understanding of cut/fill operations across diverse projects.
